VUE TECH TECHNOLOGY
The "E" Series employs an advanced digital microprocessor monitoring system with dual temperature sensors which continuously monitor and display the aquarium water temperature.
The microprocessor also constantly checks the relationship between the set temperature and the actual temperature of the aquarium water.
The heater is adjustable from 68 to 93 degrees Fahrenheit in .5 degree F increments.
During normal operation when the water temperature is within +/- 2 degrees F of the set temperature the LCD is green to indicate ideal conditions.
If the aquarium's temperature is more than 2 degrees Fahrenheit above the set temperature, the LCD will indicate a 'too hot' condition by turning red.
If the aquarium's temperature is more than 2 degrees Fahrenheit below the set temperature, the LCD will indicate a 'too cold' condition by turning blue.
If the aquarium's temperature is more than 5.5 degrees Fahrenheit too high or too low from the set temperature, the LCD will indicate an 'extreme temperature' condition by flashing.
