Eheim Substrat Pro Ceramic Bio Media in a One Liter Box
Biological filtration media designed to be used in Eheim canister filters immediately after (above) the Eheim Mech media.
After the mechanical treatment of the water by Eheim Mech, SubstratPro offers optimum colonization conditions for essential bacteria. The pearl like shape of the media allows for maximum utilization of the filter volume while still preventing clogging.
The large surface area allows the maximum bacterial colonization.
Substrat Pro is inert and provides for the fastest decomposition of unsafe ammonia and nitrite levels. It can be rinsed out and used several times.
